Determination of the effect and aftereffect of tillage of straw, green manure and stubbly-root residues of oil radish (Raphanus sativus var. oleifera) on crop productivity of crop rotation link and humus content in sod-podzolic light sabulous soil was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of the research it was revealed that leveling 14.8 -17.1 kg/ha of dry matter of green mass of oil radish and 4.7-5.2 t/ha of straw of winter rye has not provided a possible balance of humus in crop rotation link potatoes (Solanum tuberosum) - barley (Hordeum vulgare) - rye (Secale cereale). However, a positive role of straw in decrease of humus losses was revealed: at tillage of green manure without straw the humus content for 3 years in average decreased on 0.10%, on the background of straw - on 0.05 - 0.07%.
