In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized the development of an optimal method of preparation of hyperimmune blood serum against avian influenza virus H7N1 for the further creation of a test-system for detection of virus antigen in hemagglutination-inhibition test. Research results showed that cleaning of virus-containing embryonic liquid by centrifugation in stepwise gradient of sugar (20% and 60%) (with 30000 rev/minute) in course of 16 hours made it possible to get rather free from associated proteins avian influenza virus H7N1 with high hemagglutinin activity (1:4096). Rabbit hyperimmunization by virus-containing embryonic liquid did not allow getting blood serum with high antibody titre. Evidently, associated proteins suppressed the avian influenza virus activity and possibly could render the influenced on antibody production in course of animal immunization. Four-time immunization of rabbits with of a purified virus-containing embryonic liquid in the form of subcutaneous injectioni in increasing doses of crude protein in mixture with adjuvant in ratio 3:7 made it possible to obtain hyperimmune blood serum with high antibody titre – 1:4096.
