In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a study on cultivation of swine parvovirus in cell cultures of pig embryo kidney cells, FL-Amnion and RK-15. Research results showed that titre of hemagglutinating activity of parvovirus of swine depended on the content of virus administrated into cell culture, infestation terms of cell culture with parvovirus, and concentration of cells and duration of its cultivation of culture of cells. Research results showed that swine parvovirus showed the best reproduction indexes in self-duplicating cells, rendered cytopathic effect and hemagglutinating activity with erythrocytes of Guine a pig (Cavia porcellus). Passaged cell culture RK-15 could be used for swine parvovirus accumulation. Its infection titre was 4,66 – 5,5 lg 50% tissue cytopathic dose /ml. Titre of hemagglutinating activity of swine was 8,0-9,0 log2 in 3-6 hours after cell inoculation into unformed monolayer (30-50% of cell monolayer). Cell concentration RK-15 at the rate of 150-200 thousand/ml proved to be optimal for reproduction and accumulation of parvovirus. The maximal its accumulation in this cell culture was in 3-4 days after cultivation in thermostat with temperature of +37 deg C.
