In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was presented modern development of innovation business. In course of the study there were used a system approach, analytical method of statistical data, methods of synthesis and comparison, method of induction and deduction. There were determined causes of business hampering and based the necessity of developing the venture business. In course of the study there was analyzed the dynamics of innovation infrastructure in its subjects (Hi-Tech parks; innovative centers; centres for technology transfer; information and marketing centres; business incubators; scientific and technical libraries; innovative active enterprises; scientific and production centres). There were determined its main tasks in the field of venture industry support and paid attention to methods of creating state venture funds of partnership in Israel. It was worthwhile to use successful experience of some CIS countries, which are developing venture investment market. There was suggested a number of measures, which could help to increase efficiency of innovation development in the country.
