Chino. [目的]测定原生态“山妹子”牌金秋梨中微量元素镍、铬的含量。[方法]正交试验优化仪器最佳工作条件,微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS) 测定微量元素镍、铬。[结果]结果表明,“山妹子”牌金秋梨镍、铬含量分别为0.075 mg/kg和0.025 mg/kg。[结论]微波消解时间短,消化过程试剂用量少,环境污染小,方法操作简便,灵敏度高,检出限低,结果满意。_

[Objective]The research aimed to determine the content of trace element nickel and chromium in original ecological‘Sister mountain’brand Jinqiu pear in the Autonomous Prefecture of Miao and Dong Minority of Southeast Guizhou. [Method]The optimum working conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment. Saunples were digested by microwave method and the content of trace element nickel and chromium was determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). [Result]The results indicateal that the content of trace element nickel and chromium in‘Sister mountain’Brind Jinqiu pear was 0.075 mg/kg and 0.025 mg/kg. [Conclusion It is desired for the microwave digestion with short time, little reagent comsumption, lower environmental pollution, simple operation method, high sensitivity and lower detection limit,with satisfactory results._
