Chino. [目的]探讨BMP15蛋白在兔卵巢卵泡发生过程中的调控机制。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法测定了BMP15在兔卵巢中的表达定位情况。[结果]BMP15蛋白在原始卵泡中没有表达,在初级卵泡、次级卵泡和有腔卵泡卵母细胞及有腔卵泡颗粒细胞和卵泡液中均有表达,在黄体溶解早期也有表达,但是在闭锁卵泡中的表达则受到抑制。[结论]BMP15参与了兔卵泡发育全过程,并且与黄体溶解机制有关;而在闭锁卵泡中,其低水平的表达可能是由其他因子所抑制,进而共同调节了卵泡的闭锁。_

[Objective]To investigate the regulatory mechanism of BMP15 protein during ovarian folliculogenesis.[Method]The localization of BMP15 protein in the rabbit ovary was examined through immunohistochemical method.[Result] The BMP15 protein had no expression in oocytes of primary,secondary,antral follicles as well as granulosa cells and follicular flu. It was also detected in corpora lutea during early luteolysis at high level,but it was observed in atretic follicle at low level.[Conclusion] The BMP15 protein played a certain role in all the stages of follicular development and had a relationship with the luteal dissolution mechanism; In the atretic follicle,the low expression of BMP15 protein maybe caused by inhibition from the other factors which lead to connected modification of follicular atresia._
