Effect of Chinese herbal additive on milk performance of Tan yang ewes | 中草药添加剂对滩羊泌乳性能的影响

Chino. 研究不同中草药添加剂对滩羊泌乳性能的影响及作用机理,为滩羊中草药饲料添加剂的配制提供参考。将24只妊娠滩羊母羊随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,其中A组为对照组,B、C、D组为试验组,每组6只,每只为1个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组B、C、D分别饲喂基础日粮中添加Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 3种中草药添加剂后混合而成的日粮;饲喂期为产前10 d至产后15 d,其中产前添加剂饲喂量为每只25 g/d,产后为50 g/d。试验期每天测量母羊产奶量,从试验期第3天开始,每5 d采1次血样,测定生长激素(Growth hormone,GH)和催乳素(Prolactin,PRL)含量。3种中草药饲料添加剂,均可不同程度地提高母羊产后1~15 d的日产奶量,且具有后续效应,其中B、C、D试验组1~15 d的日产奶量分别较对照组提高了6.93%,1.72%和5.21%;1~30 d的日产奶量分别较对照组提高了5.76%,2.49%和4.38%,B、D组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。3种中草药饲料添加剂均可提高血浆GH含量,但不同的中草药添加剂的提高程度略有差异;不同的中草药饲料添加剂对血浆PRL含量会产生不同的影响,在整个试验期,B、C组母羊血浆的PRL含量始终高于对照组,而D组的PRL含量在用药期低于对照组,但停药后又高于对照组。中草药饲料添加剂通过调节血浆PRL和GH含量改善滩羊的泌乳性能。

The research was to study the effect of different Chinese herbal additives on milk performance of Tan-yang ewes and mechanism of action to provide theoretical references for Tan-yang ewes to develop Chinese herbal additive. 24 selective pregnant ewes were divided randomly into four groups: control (group A) and others (group B, group C, group D) were experimental groups, and 6 replication for each group and a ewe for each replication. The ewes in control group was fed basel diet, and others were fed separate diets with Chinese herbal additive. Experimental period ranged from antepartum 10 days to postpartum 15 days, and an experimental ewe was fed 25 g/d Chinese herbal additive in antepartum and 50 g/d in postpartum. In the beginning of the 3rd day, drawing blood was performed every 5 days for determination of growth hormone (GH) and prolactin (PRL) and milk yield were measured daily. The results indicated that all of the three Chinese herbal additives increased milk yield in postpartum 1C15 d, and the effect went on after drug withdrawal. The milk yield of group B, C, D in 1C15 d rose separately 6.93%, 1.72%, 5.21% than control group and rose separately 5.76%, 2.49, 4.38% in 1C30 d, and difference between the milk yield of group B or D and A was significant (P<0.05). All of the Chinese herbal additive could increase the GH content in plasma, but the increasing degrees had certain discrepancy. Different Chinese herbal additives had different effects on the PRL content in plasma. In the whole test period, the PRL content of group B or C raised more than group A or D. The PRL content of group D was lower than group A in the drug-using period, but on the contrary in the withdrawal period. The Chinese herbal additives improve the milk yield of Tan-yang ewes through adjusting the GH and PRL content in plasma of Tan-yang ewes.
