Degradation of straw lignocellulose with Pleurotus djamor dikaryotic strains | 红侧耳双核菌株降解稻草木质纤维素研究

Chino. 深入研究红侧耳双核菌株降解稻草的过程,为开发利用富含木质纤维素的秸秆资源奠定基础。对BS02、BS09、BS15和BS17等4株红侧耳双核菌株降解稻草过程中,纤维素酶、MnP酶、LiP酶和漆酶的酶活及木质素与纤维素降解率、粗蛋白含量和稻草表面结构的变化等指标进行了测定与分析。4株红侧耳双核菌株酶活的变化与其对稻草木质纤维素的降解率之间具有一定的相关性,BS17的纤维素酶活、纤维素降解率和粗蛋白产率较高,BS09的MnP、LiP酶活和木质素降解率较高,BS15的漆酶酶活较高。利用扫描电子显微镜对降解稻草秸秆的表面结构进行观察,可看到该菌株主要降解稻草的薄壁细胞,使其发生严重皱缩。红侧耳在农作物秸秆的综合利用方面具有良好的应用前景。
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. The degradation process of the straw lignocellulose was established with Pleurotus djamor _dikaryotic strains. The activity of cellulose, MnP, LiP and Laccase were measured and the degradation rate of lignin and cellulose, the content of crude protein and the surface structure of straw were analyzed in the degradation process of BS02, BS09, BS15 and BS17. The certain relativity between change of enzymes by 4 bacterial strain and the degradation rate of straw lignocelluloses was obvious. The BS17 created the highest cellulase activity, where high cellulose degradation rate and crude protein productive rate were obtained. BS09 had the highest activity of MnP and LiP and the highest degradation rate of lignin. BS15 had the highest activity of Laccase. The surface structure of degraded straw was observed by SEM and the straw shrank seriously because the parenchyma cells of straws were degraded by Pleurotus djamor. So we can forecast the bright prospect of Pleurotus djamor in the comprehensive utilization of crop straw.
