Effects of music on the development and reproduction of Grapholita molesta（Busck） | 音乐对梨小食心虫生长发育和繁殖的影响

Chino. 研究音乐对梨小食心虫生长发育和繁殖的影响，为室内更好地饲养梨小食心虫提供参考。在室内条件下，分别于每天08:00和15:00，开始播放轻音乐或重金属音乐30，60和90 min，以不播放音乐为对照，测定梨小食心虫幼虫发育历期、存活率、蛹质量、成虫寿命、生殖力等指标，研究音乐对梨小食心虫生长发育和繁殖的影响。除预蛹期和蛹期的存活率与对照无显著差异 (P0.05)及轻音乐30 min处理的成虫寿命和生殖力低于对照组外，其他音乐处理试虫的幼虫发育历期极显著缩短(P0.01)，幼虫存活率、蛹质量和成虫生殖力均极显著提高(P0.01)，供试6个处理中，以轻音乐90 min处理和重金属音乐60 min处理的效果更优。梨小食心虫实验种群的内禀增长率、周限增长率、净增值率均以轻音乐90 min处理最大，其平均世代周期和种群加倍时间也以轻音乐90 min处理最短。一定的音乐处理对梨小食心虫的生长发育和繁殖有显著的促进作用，可以作为梨小食心虫饲养的辅助手段。

Inglés. To improve rearing techniques for Grapholita molesta (Busck) (Lepidoptera:Tortricidae), studies were designed by examining effects of music on the insect’s development and reproduction in laboratory. The experiments were executed among six treatments: 30, 60, 90 min of light music, 30, 60, 90 min of heavy metal music in laboratory. Music was respectively played from 08:00 and 15:00 everyday on the basis of designed time in experiment, with no music treatment as the control. Effects of music on the development and reproduction of G. molesta were evaluated by developmental duration, survival rate of larvae, weight of pupae, longevity and fecundity of adults and so on. There was no significant difference (P0.05) on survival rates of both pre-pupa or pupa between the control and music treatments. Longevity or fecundity of 30 min of light music was all lower than that of the control. The developmental duration of larvae treated by any other music was decreased significantly (P0.01), and survival rate of larvae, pupal weight and fecundity increased significantly (P0.01). The life parameters of G. molesta experimental population treated by 90 min of light music or 60 min of heavy metal music were higher than those of other groups. The innate capacity to increase (rm), net reproductive rate (R0) and finite rate of increase (λ) reached the maximum at 90 min of light music, the mean generation time (T) and population doubling time (t) reached the minimum at 90 min of light music. Certain music treatments have obvious promotion effect on action the development and reproduction of G. molesta and would be used as a supplement means for improving rearing techniques of G. molesta.
