Chino. 本试验以已知抗性的51份玉米自交系为材料,研究了苗期接菌条件下可溶性糖含量与田间发病率的关系。结果表明,在15/25℃变温及1%土壤接菌条件下,幼苗可溶性糖含量与田间发病率存在极显著的正相关(r=0.7994)。采用逻辑斯蒂模型分别建立了抗、感自交系可溶性糖含量与田间发病率的一元曲线回归方程:Y=12.0848/E1+exp(6.3725-0.3675z)]和y=91.0170/[1+exp(18.4488~0.7888x)],以此建立了以接菌幼苗可溶性糖含量为指标的抗性评价方法,并用于未知抗性种质资源的鉴定。[著者文摘]

The significant positive correlation (r=0. 799 4) was found between the soluble sugar content and disease percentage under the conditions of 15/25℃ and 1% soil bacteria. Using logistic model, regression equations were established as followed: y= 12. 084 8/[1 + exp (6. 372 5-0. 367 5x)] and y= 91. 017 0/[1+exp (18. 448 8--0. 788 8x], which was used to evaluate the responses of maize inbred lines to head smut resistance.
