Chino. 以"黑比诺"葡萄叶片诱导的愈伤组织为材料,研究不同LED光质处理对葡萄愈伤组织生长及白藜芦醇合成的动态影响.结果表明:绿光最有利于葡萄愈伤组织的生长,但抑制白藜芦醇的合成;蓝光对愈伤组织生长无明显影响,但能明显促进白藜芦醇含量和产量的提高;红光不利于白藜芦醇的积累.在30d的培养周期内,第24d是较理想的继代及收获时间.蓝光LED不同光周期处理中,8h・d-1处理对白藜芦醇合成具有显著的抑制作用,其余光同期处理间没有明显差异.[著者文摘]

Callus induced from the leaves of Vitis vinifera(cv.Pinot Noir)were used as materials for investigating the dynamic effects of different LED light qualities on the growth and resveratrol synthetic.The results showed that GLED was most conducive to the callus growth,but suppressed the resveratrol synthesis.BLED had no obvious effect on the callus growth;however,it had stronger promotion on content and production of resveratrol,while RLED went against resveratrol accumulation in callus.During 30d culture period,the 24th day was the ideal harvest and subculture time.Among BLED different photoperiods,8h・d-1 light treatment had significantly inhibition on resveratrol synthesis,and the rest photoperiods had no obvious difference.[著者文摘]
