Chino. 以胀果甘草下胚轴、子叶为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究了不同激素浓度配比对胀果甘草愈伤组织诱导率和褐化率的影响.结果表明:不同浓度的6-BA、2,4-D以及6-BA、NAA组合下的子叶、下胚轴愈伤组织诱导率及褐化率均具有极显著差异;NAA对子叶愈伤组织的诱导效果好于2,4-D,较高浓度的6-BA、NAA及较低浓度的6-BA、2,4-D更易导致下胚轴、子叶愈伤组织的褐化;供试范围内胀果甘草下胚轴和子叶愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS+1.5mg・L-1NAA+0.5mg・L-16-BA和MS+2.5mg・L-1NAA+0.5mg・L-16-BA.[著者文摘]

In this experiment,the hypocotyls and cotyledons of one licorice species,Glycyrrhiza inflata Batal.,were used to induce the callus by using different exogenous hormones,NAA,2,4-D and 6-BA.The results showed that the inducing and browning rates of callus from hypocotyls and cotyledon were significantly different among the treatments with different concentrations of 6-BA and 2,4-D as well as 6-BA and NAA.Effect of NAA on callus induction was better than that of 2,4-D.It was noticeable that higher concentrations of 6-BA,NAA and lower concentrations of 6-BA and 2,4-D were both better for callus browning.Therefore,the optimal medium for callus inducing of hypocotyls and cotyledon of Glycyrrhiza inflata was MS+1.5 mg・L-1 NAA+0.5 mg・L-1+6-BA,MS+2.5 mg・L-1 NAA +0.5 mg・L-1 6-BA[著者文摘]
