The relationship between the lenticel characters of apple rootstock hybrids and anti-infection of Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.piricola | 苹果砧木杂交后代皮孔性状与抗轮纹病菌侵染的关系

Chino. 以苹果砧木杂交后代及其父母本为试验材料,通过其皮孔性状的调查和抗轮纹病菌侵染能力的鉴定,对其皮孔性状与抗轮纹病菌侵染能力的相关性进行了研究。结果表明:杂交后代的皮孔密度及面积在同一杂交组合内及不同的杂交组合间都存在差异,表现为偏父遗传、偏母遗传、超亲遗传3种特点;1年生枝条的皮孔密度与面积之积和抗轮纹病菌侵染能力之间存在极显著负相关,该积值可作为抗轮纹病菌侵染能力的评价指标。[著者文摘]

The correlated characters of the lenticel on the one-year shoots of apple rootstock hybrids and their parents were investigated,their resistance to Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.piricola was identified,and the correlation between the correlated characters of the lenticel and the resistance was analysed.The results showed that there were differences in both the density and the area of hybrids′ lenticel among different hybrids within the same combination and different combinations,and they performed some genetic features such as patroclinous,matroclinous and transgresdssive inheritance;there was a remarkable negative correlation between the product of the lenticel density and area and the anti-infection of the ring spot,so the product could function as an index to identify the resistance.[著者文摘]
