Study on waste staff as a substrate used in squash soilless culture | 以工农业废弃资源为基质的西葫芦无土栽培可行性研究

Chino. 以炉渣、花生壳与稻壳作为栽培基质,按照不同体积比设置了7种配方,T1:炉渣∶花生壳=1∶1;T2:花生壳∶稻壳=1∶1;T3:炉渣∶稻壳=1∶1;T4:炉渣∶花生壳∶稻壳=2∶1∶1;T5:炉渣∶花生壳∶稻壳=1∶2∶1;T6:炉渣∶花生壳∶稻壳=1∶1∶2;T7:炉渣∶花生壳∶稻壳=1∶1∶1;对照(CK)为草炭∶蛭石=1∶1.研究不同配方复合基质的理化性质,及其对西葫芦的生长动态、光合特性、产量和品质的影响.结果表明,复合基质的容重随着炉渣比例的加大呈增长趋势,其中T5的总孔隙度、通气孔隙度、持水孔隙度、pH,EC分别为81.8%,25.1%,56.7%,6.75和0.54 mS.cm-1;生育前期,不同处理西葫芦生长动态无差异,之后,T5的生长速率加快,其茎粗与光合速率在所有处理中为最高;T5的西葫芦产量达到了69 813.0 kg.hm-2,仅比对照低2.7%,两者之间无显著差异.[著者文摘]

Utilizing slag,rice hull and peanut shell as cultural substrate,seven treatments were formulated based on different volume ratio.The formulation of seven treatments are T1(slag∶peanut shell=1∶1);T2(rice hull∶peanut shell=1∶1);T3(slag∶rice hull=1∶1);T4(slag∶rice hull∶peanut shell=2∶1∶1);T5(slag∶rice hull∶peanut shell=1∶2∶1);T6(slag∶rice hull∶peanut shell=1∶1∶2);T7(slag∶rice hull∶peanut shell=1∶1∶1).The physical and chemical properties of seven treatments were measured and effects of different treatments on dynamic growth,photosynthetic characteristics,yield and fruit quality were studied.The results showed that bulk densities of the treatments were enhanced with increasing slag ratio in the formula.Total porosity,air-filled porosity,water porosity,pH and EC of T5 were 81.8%,25.1%,56.7%,6.75 and 0.54 mS・cm-1 respectively,which satisfy suitable physical and chemical properties required for soilless culture.Dynamic growth of squash in different treatments was not significantly different during early growth stage.Squash growth rate of T5 was enhanced after early stage,and its stem diameter and photosynthetic rate were the highest among all treatments.The yield of squash of T5 was up to 69 813.0 kg・hm-2,which decreased by 2.7% compared with the yield of CK.[著者文摘]
