The marginal character of the air temperature in the greenhouse planting eggplant | 日光温室边际区温度变化及其对茄子光合特性的影响

Chino. 利用CB-0221多点测温仪和Li-6400光合作用测定系统实测了日光温室四周边际区域的气温及茄子的光合速率等参数,研究了日光温室边际区域的气温环境以及边际区域生长的茄子的光合特征.结果表明,边际区域的气温环境与温室中部有明显的差异.白天,南侧气温最高、最低值相差0.4℃,夜间相差0.3℃.北侧气温白天和夜间均随测点的变化先下降再上升.连阴天时东侧气温随测点呈上升趋势,上升幅度很小,不足1.0℃.西侧气温先降后升再下降.晴天时东侧气温随测点先降后升再下降.西侧气温先平缓上升后下降.边际区域作物的光合特征也与中部不同.晴天时北侧茄子的各项光合指标均高于南侧,而阴天时北侧茄子的蒸腾速率(Tr)和叶温(Tleaf)低于南侧.光饱和点和光补偿点值南侧最大,北侧最小.晴天时,由日光温室边缘向中部过渡,南侧白天先升后降,夜间缓缓上升;北侧先下降再上升,且白天和夜间一致.东侧先降后升再下降.西侧气温先上升后下降.连阴天时东侧从外向内上升,西侧先降后升再下降.无论任何天气条件,净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、(Tr)和(Tleaf),中部均高于南侧和北侧,且北侧高于南侧.而阴天时北侧茄子的Tr和Tleaf低于南侧.光饱和点和光补偿点值南侧最大,北侧最小.[著者文摘]

Using CB-0221 thermometric instrument of multi-point and Li-6400 photosynthesis system,the air temperatures and photosynthesis rates of eggplant around the greenhouse were measured in order to know the air temperature and the photosynthesis of the eggplant in the marginal area of greenhouse.The results showed the air temperatures in the marginal area were different from those of the inner part of the greenhouse clearly.During the day from the southern edge to the middle part of the greenhouse,the air temperature rises and then drops,and during the night it rises gently.At the northern part the air temperature drops and then rises whatever it is in the day or at night.When it is cloudy,the air temperature of the marginal area rises slowly from the east edge to the middle of the greenhouse,whereas it drops and then rises from the west edge to the middle of the greenhouse.When it is clear,the air temperature of the marginal area drops and then rises slowly and drops at last from the east edge to the middle of the greenhouse,whereas it rises slowly and then drops from the west edge to the middle of the greenhouse.The photosynthesis characteristics in the marginal area of the greenhouse are different from those of the middle part of the greenhouse.If the weather is clear,all of the photosynthesis indexes of the northern part of the marginal area are higher than those of the southern part,whereas during the overcast day,the Tr and Tleaf of the northan part of the marginal area are lower then southern.The LSP and LCP of the southern part of the marginal are the highest and those of the northern part are the lowest.[著者文摘]
