Comparation on inducing callus with different explants of codonopsis lanceolata | 轮叶党参不同外植体愈伤诱导比较

Chino. 分别以轮叶党参叶片、叶柄、茎段和种子为外植体诱导愈伤组织。结果表明,不同外植体均可诱导出愈伤组织,但其在出愈率和愈伤生长方面差异较大。其中叶片诱导愈伤组织效果最好:愈伤诱导率达到100%,愈伤生长最快,平均每天可增加24.5mg,且诱导的愈伤质地紧密,不易破碎。不同外植体所产生的愈伤组织均可分化再生,其中以种子和叶片为外植体产生的愈伤再分化率较好,分别为100%和87.5%。综合各方面得出,叶片是诱导愈伤组织的最佳外植体。[著者文摘]

The leaves,petioles,stems and seeds of Codonopsis lanceolata were used as explants to study the effects of different explants on callus induction of Codonopsis lanceolata.The results indicated that all these explants could induce callus,but the induce ratio and growth form of callus were different.The effect of leaves on callus induction was the best:the highest induce ratio was 100%,the growth of leaf callus was the fastest(which is 24.5 mg per day on average),and the texture of callus was closely and not easily broken.Besides,callus of different explants all regenerated,and the regeneration rate with callus of seeds and leaves were better,which were 100%and 87.5%,respectively.Therefore,generally,leaves were proved the ideal explants forinducing callus.[著者文摘]
