The results and conclusions could be summarized as follows: The total variable cost per ton for the butcher meat buffalo calves kndoz representing about 87.37% of the total overall cost per ton, which amounted to about L.E. 9708.30. While less than the contribution of fixed cost which amounted to about 12.63%. The amount of profit per head and annual revenue of around L.E. 1484 and 267066, respectively.The total variable cost per ton of meat from the butcher beef calves kndoz representing about 84.53% of the total overall cost per ton, which amounted to about L.E. 7929.80. While less than the contribution of fixed cost which amounted to about 15.47%. and the amount of profit per head and annual revenue of about L.E. 977 and 234396, respectively. The total variable cost per ton of meat from the butcher small buffalo calves, representing about 81.19% of the total overall cost per ton, which amounted to about L.E. 4402. While less than the contribution of fixed cost which amounted to about 18.81 and the amount of profil per head, and the annual profit was about L.E. 93,33516 The total value added of ton of meat from the butcher buffalo and beef calves kinoz amounted to about L.E. 9748.20 and 10869.30, respectively. While the total value added per ton of meat from the butcher small buffalo and beef calves amounted to about L.E. 13092.9 and 10635.3, respectively.
