Developments of new crop varieties with high yield are main objectives of crop production. in recent years This study was carried out to compare two promising local rice lines (No.2 and 97) with two cultivars (Sazandegi, and Zayanderoud) as checks, in three location of Isfahan province (Zarrinshar, Felavarjan and Mobarakeh), in Farmers condition. The experiment design was complete block, with four replications. Combine analysis of variance for three sites, showed that there were significant differences between places in terms of grain yield, number of grain per panicle, 1000 kernel weight, stem diameter, days to heading and maturity, unfilled grain percent and lodging. Also there were significant differences between varieties in terms of grain yield, 1000-kernel weight, panicle length, plant height, stem diameter, days to heading and maturity, percent of unfilled grain and lodging. Also interactions of place × cultivars influenced significantly (p0.05) grain yield, days to heading and maturity and lodging. The results of quality test for quality factors. Such as Amylose content (Ac), gelatinization temperature (Gt) and gel consistency (Gc) showed that, all genotypes were good quality. Due to high cooking quality and quantity, line No. 2 could be extended as a new cultivar in Isfahan province and similar regions like Fars and Lorestan.
