It is possible to produce Lactosyl urea (with another Glycosyl ureides) with an acceptable yield from rennet or acidified whey using dairy plant tanks and machinery. as a result, the effect and role of each of the factors of lactose purity, temperature, glycosilation time and molar rate of urea and lactose in different vessles in agitation and nonagitation conditations have been studied. In best conditions, glycosilation yield of urea in rennet whey that is heated in 70°c under agitation for 12 hours is 78.7%.
