Problems faced by rural women in agricultural activities (a case study of Shahdadkot)

The present study is based on problems faced by rural women in Agriculture extension activities examining the perceptions of respondents about their involvement in agricultural activities and to find out the relationship between socio-economic characteristics and participation of the respondents in agricultural activities. 55% respondents were married 22% were single, 15% widows and only 8% were divorced. 40% of respondent were in the category of 31-45 years, while 45% were 16-30 years of age category and 15% belonged to the age 46 and above category. For agricultural farming activities in seeding preparation 32% of the respondents participated mostly, 42% occasionally and 26 do not participate at all in, agricultural activities. For sowing activity i.e. 32% respondents mostly involved, while 42% occasionally performed and 26% respondents did not perform this operation.
