It has resulted from the fact that these water balance issues in the mountain and foothill areas are poorly distinguished, as coppered with the remaining part of Poland. Furthermore, in relation to the previous calculation formulae, which were applied in the study area, the method bears signs of originality and makes up a successive stage in gathering date of the components of climatic and agricultural water balance
