Retained fetal membranes was connected with significantly higher activity of GOT and GTP, higher concentration of total proteins and haptoglobin as well as with significantly lower concentrations of albumins and creatynine analyzed during third day after expulsion of fetus independently of kind of delivery (easy, difficult). Was shown that the single injection of lysozyme dimmer hand not influence on morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood sampled in third day after calving. Application the proposed option of immune modulation in relationship to fetal RFM was shown very effective and profitable for all cows but especially in these animals which needed delivery aid
