The influence of robotic system of milking in milk quantity and quality, comparing to conventional parlor was analysed in this paper. Research was conducted on 2 groups of Holstein-Friesian cows, where one group (n=46) was milked in robotic system, and the other group in tandem parlor capacitate to 4x2 milking places. The milk quantity, FCM 4%, average milk fat and protein quantity and level in 305 days of lactation and somatic cell count were analyzed. Groups of cows, milked in robotic system produced 18.1% of milk and 10.1% of FCM % more, comparing to cows milked in parlor. There was no difference in milk fat between groups, but the difference of produced protein was significant. Somatic cell count in milk was 129.912, considering cows milked in parlor, but the cows milked in robotic system somatic cell count was 203.791. It was statistical significant difference.
