The purpose of this paper is to present agricultural trade policies of the countries with high level of protection, which measures impede the development of developing countries with comparative advantage in agriculture. Agricultural policy of the U.S., EU and Japan are briefly represented in this paper. These countries – the key creators of international agricultural trade, is necessary to allow participation of developing countries in the growth of international trade, according to the needs of their economic development.
