This investigation is conducted to determine influence of different doses of nitrogen fertilizer applied under previous crop, on yield, oil and protein content in soybean kernel. The experiment was performed on the plot of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Rimski Šančevi, Serbia, in four replications, during three years. The highest dose of nitrogen applied under previous crop (200 kg/ha) had contributed decrease of yield for all three years of research, decline of oil content and yield and increase of protein content in 2006 and 2007 year..
