Populations of Longidorus uroshis Krnjaić, Lamberti, Krnjaić S., Agostinelli et Radicci 2000 are recorded in two new localities in Serbia. One of them is mountain Goč on place White water in mixed (Quercus petrea) and beech (Fagus silvatica) forest, and second one locality is in surrounding of the small town Bela Palanka in East Serbia in the valley of the river Nišava in cultivated land. Female habitus of both population is single spiral when killed, body medium sized tapering gradually towards the anterior extremity. Posterior part of the body are bluntly founded and short c=0,9-1,1. Cuticle transversally striated and with numbers glandular structures. Lip region frontally flattened and continuous with the rest of the body and 4-6 microns high. Amphidial pouches more or less asymmetrically bilobed. Vulva postequatorital, vagina occupying 1/2 of the corresponding body diameter. Uteral branches well developed, spermatheca well developed containing many sperms. Male with the posterior region of the body more coiled than in female. Testes well developed with many sperms, spicules relatively short but robust, bent ventrally. The adanal pair of supplements is proceeded by a row of 10-13 ventromedian supplements. Tail dorsally convex and ventrally concave, conoid with rounded terminus, it bears two candal pores on each side. Juveniles as indicated in the original description Krnjaić et al. 2000, and later articles (Krnjaić et al. 2002 and Liškova et al. 2002) separated in to four stages, with the first stage with digitate tail. The identification code for this populations according to the Chen et al. (1997) polytomous key is A56, B3, C 34, D3, E2, F34, G2, H1, J2.
