Biological diversity as the diversity of living matter at all levels of its manifestation - one of the basic features of organization of the biosphere and its sustainable development. Localization and intensity of an input of man-made flows of chemical elements determines the formation of man-made anomalies and biogeochemical provinces with varying degrees of the environmental stress. Within these territories under the influence of toxic substances in animals and humans arising pathological disturbances. Under the influence of large cities observed depletion of the floristic composition of grassland, increases fluctuation asymmetry, increased concentrations of toxic substances in soils and plants. Under the influence of various toxicants and xenobiotics deformed biocenotic connection. This is particularly true of communities of microorganisms, which makes the development of mycotoxicosis. Important role in regulating the number of organisms on the planet play and viruses. Mutation of some of them reinforced by the lack of selenium in the environment and organisms. Current trends of degradation of the biosphere to be revised strategy for the conservation of systemic organization of populations, the optimum ratio of intra- and interpopulation, genetic variability, search and innovation in energy, food, recycling, and wise interaction between the Nature and Man.
