Complex feed additives Alkos-1, Alkos-2 and Aalkos-3 (FAA) contain organic selenium and succinic acid, accelerate the process of oxidizing ethyl alcohol, prevent the addition to alcohol, reduce an alcohol withdrawal syndrome and intoxication of the organism. Samples of an aqueous alcohol liquid added with these FAA were evaluated by working tasting. Samples with FAA-1 in an amount of 0.5 kg/ths. dl and FAA-2 and FAA-3 in an amount of 0.25 kg/ths. Dl received the best organoleptic evaluations. When FAA-1 is used, pH reduces from 6.20 to 4.31 and acidity appears. When FAA-2 and FAA-3 are added, alkalinity increases. The content of iron increases from trace amounts up to 0.025 mg/cub. dm, sulfates – from 5 to 10 and 12 mg/cub. dm, and inconsiderably – chlorides and silicates. An inconsiderable increase in the concentration of aldehydes. In the process of storing during 7 months FAA samples there was a tendency to reducing the content of acetaldehyde in the experimental samples, the concentration of 2-propanol has nee changed. In the control and samples with FAA-1 and FAA-2 there was an inconsiderable reduction in the organoleptic characteristics, for the sample with FAA-3 – their inconsiderable improvement
