The possibilities of correction of a thrombocytes aggregational activity disorders at newborn pigs with anemia by using Ferroglucin and combination Ferroglucin with Hamavit are investigated. Administering Ferroglucin at the dose of 150 mg twice with Hamavit - 0.01 mg/kg a day for 5 days to sick pigs weakened the intensity of lipid peroxidation. In 5 days after using Ferroglucin and Hamavit the thrombocytes aggregation prolongation and decrease in intravascular activity of wall activity was observed. The number of discocytes in the blood stream increased up to 82.2%, the sum of active thrombocyte forms was 16.8%. The positive dynamics of all varieties of activated blood platelets was observed in blood. Monotherapy weakly influenced the activity of lipid peroxidation of the liquid blood part, the dynamics of thrombocyte aggregation. The inconsiderable influence of Ferroglucin on thrombocyte hemostasis is explained by hypoxic damaging blood platelets and weak metabolic stimulation of their function. It's found out that combined therapy is able to correct completely a thrombocytes aggregational activity in newborn pigs with anemia in 5 days after its termination. The isolated administration of Ferroglucin at that is proved not to influence the newborn pigs with anemia aggregational activity thrombocytes of during the estimated period of observation
