Mycosis disease of anchovy sardelle (Clupeonella engrouliform1s, Borodin) in the Caspian sea | Микозное заболевание анчоусовидной тюльки (Clupeonella engrauliformis, Borodin) в Каспийском море

Inglés. A thorough description of mycosis disease that was revealed for the first time in anchovy sardelle (Clupeonella engrouliformis, Borodin) of the Caspian Sea is given. Morphopathological analysis (2005-2009) showed granulomatous inclusions in internal organs of fish under examination. Inoculations of Saburo's and Chapek's media were made. Smear microscopy showed that affected organs had colonies of opportunistic fungi that belong to genera Alternaria and Aspergillus which cause visceral mycosis. Contamination of fish could occur both through the habitat, and by the trophic chain, through plankton food organisms. The appearance of mycosis may be due to several factors: a hydrological regime of the reservoir, the state of protective functions of the body. The number of diseased fish in the sardelle population increases annually during the summer-autumn period

Ruso. Описано впервые выявленное микозное заболевание анчоусовидной тюльки (Clupeonella engrauliformis, Borodin) в Каспийском море. При морфопатологическом анализе (2005-2009 гг.) обнаружены гранулематозные образования во внутренних органах обследованных рыб. Были взяты посевы на среды Сабуро и Чапека Микроскопия мазков показала, что на пораженных органах обнаружены колонии условно-патогенных грибов, относящихся к родам Alternaria и Aspergillus, которые вызывают висцеральные микозы. Заражение ими рыб могло произойти как через среду обитания, так и по трофичесокй цепи через планктонные кормовые организмы. Возникновение микоза может быть связано с рядом факторов: гидрологическим режимом водоема, состоянием защитных функций организма. Число больных особей в популяции кильки растет ежегодно в летне-осенний период
