This study was carried out to determine the effect of humic acid together with phosphorus added foliar applications to soil leaves on seedling quality and nutrient content of eggplant seedling. In this study from soil, 0, 250, 500 and 750 ppm together with humic acid 0, 20 and 40 mg kg_1 phosphorus, and foliar application also %0, %0,1, %0,2 and %0,3 together with humic acid 0, 5 and 10 mgP/plant phosphorus was applied. The experiment was performed using randomized complete block desing with three replicates. In experiment after harvest N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn contents, on seedling dry weight, wet weight, seedling height, stem diameter, on root dry weight, wet weight, root height, antisoyn and membrane permeability were evaluated.

Bu araştırma, fide yetiştiriciliğinde topraktan ve yapraktan humik asitle beraber fosfor kullanımının, patlıcan fidelerinin kalitesi ve besin içeriğine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada topraktan, 0, 250, 500 ve 750 ppm humik asitle beraber 0, 20 ve 40 mg/kg fosfor, yapraktan ise %0, %0,1, %0,2 ve %0,3 humik asitle beraber 0, 5 ve 10 mgP/bitki fosfor uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışma üç tekerrürlü tesadüf parsellerine göre yapılmıştır. Denemede hasattan sonra N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn ve Zn içerikleri, bitki kuru ağırlığı, bitki boyu, bitki gövde çapı, bitki yaş ağırlığı, kök kuru ağırlığı, kök boyu, kök yaş ağırlığı, membran stabilitesi ve antosiyonin özellikleri analiz edilmiştir.
