With this study, it is aimed at specifying the potential of natural and cultural resources of Bakırçay Delta and its vicinity and their classification according to CORINE system using remote sensing technique _ satellite images. Landsat- 7 ETM summer and winter satellite images of the year 2003 have been used and the image processing phases have been carried out within the context of Intergraph Image Analyst software during the research.

Bu çalışma ile, Bakırçay deltası ve çevresinin doğal ve kültürel kaynak potansiyelinin uzaktan algılama tekniği- uydu görüntüleri kullanarak belirlenmesi ve bunların CORINE dizgesine göre sınıflandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada 2003 yılı Landsat- 7 ETM yaz ve kış uydu görüntüleri kullanılmış, Intergraph Image Analyst yazılımı bağlamında görüntü işleme aşamaları gerçekleştirilmiştir.
