Inglés. The present study was conducted to describe an effective micropropagation and secondary metabolite production systems for H. perforatum and H. bupleuroides. Stem explants excised from sterile seedlings were cultured on MS media supplemented with benzyl adenine (BA, 1, 2.5 and 5 mg/l), 2,4-D and kinetin (KIN, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mg/L) for callus induction. Callus induction was observed on all media for both species. Culturing the induced calli on MS media supplemented with 1 mg/l BA for H. perforatum and 2 mg/l BA for H. bupleuroides resulted in extensive shoot formation.
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Turco. Bu çalışmada H. perforatum ve H. bupleuroides türleri için etkili bir mikro çoğaltım ve sekonder metabolit üretim sistemi tanımlamak amaçlanmıştır. Steril fidelerden sağlanan sap eksplantları kallus gelişimi için benzil adenin (BA, 1, 2.5 ve 5 mg/l), 2,4-D ve kinetin (KIN, 0.5, 1 ve 1.5 mg/L) ile desteklenmiş MS ortamlarında kültüre alınmışlardır. Denenen tüm ortamlarda her iki türde de kallus oluşumu gözlenmiştir. Oluşan kalluslar H. perforatum için 1 mg/l BA, H. bupleuroides için ise 2 mg/l BA ile desteklenmiş MS besi ortamlarında alt kültüre alındıklarında yoğun bir sürgün gelişimi sergilemişlerdir.
