It was made comparative test about the sensitivity of the CFT method in in diagnostic of the disease brucellosis in cows. The reaction was placed ad 4 0 С and 37 0 С. The obtained results that both variants of the CFT were with equal sensitivity and specificity. This allows diagnostic laboratory to choose under what kind of conditions to work.
