In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed influence of different genotypes of minks on their reproductive capacity, quality of peltry and calculated economic efficiency of application of minks of different genotypes. In course of the study it was determined that mink genotype rendered influence on their reproductive traits. In comparison with animals of genotypes 'wild', pastel and standard dark brown quantity of cover it was stated that minks of silvery-blue coat pattern had less amount of introduction to male (respectively, on 7,29%, 73,42 and 6,95%), shorter pregnancy period (respectively, on 0,8; 1,4 and 1,0 days) and higher indexes of multiple pregnancy (respectively, on 0,19, 0,39 and 0,2 heads). Minks of coat color standard darkly brown were characterized by the bigger size of peltry. The average area of peltry of males surpassed age analogues of genotypes wild, pastel and silvery-blue respectively on 0,2; 0,1 and 1,0 dm3, and female - on 0,4 and 0,8 dm3. The highest profitability of manufacture of peltry appeared with mink of color standard darkly brown and silvery-blue. It has made 43,89 and 40,33% respectively. It was offered to rear minks with coat of color standard darkly brown and silver-blue coloring that allows receiving furs of high quality at higher profitability of its manufacture.
