The possibility of prevention of gynecologic disorders of cows through the use of high doses of vitamins A, D3, E was studied. Research results showed that application of tetravit in dose 10 ml/head does not allow to prevent postdelivery complications. Administration of additional to tetravit doses (1,5-6,0 ml/head) of A, D3, and E vitamins increased the occurrence of hunt number of cows on 3-13% in course of 90 days. It was determined that use of a complex containing in 1 ml of vitamin A - 100 thousand ME, D3 - 50 thousand ME, E - 80 mg, allows us to reduce the number of arrests by 3%, the presence of post-partum - at 8%, 10-13% increase in the number of animals that came to hunt (90-93% vs. 80-83%) and 7-10% increase of fertility (50-54% versus 43-44%).
