In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was developed an optimal level of metabolizable energy and nonreplaceable amino acids in mixed feeds for barren sows and pregnant sows, which could make it possible to provide high reproductive ability in course of all period of their use. Balancing of mixed feeds for pregnant and milking sows, realized with taking into consideration the levels of metabolizable energy content and the available essential amino acids, made it possible to increase the following: quantity of born piglets increased on 0,69 heads (or on 6,8%); the average live weight of a piglet at birth increased on 0,13 kg (or on 8,8% (P less than 0,001); weight of litter at birth increased on 2,46 kg (or on 16,6%); qualtity of piglets per one sow at weaning period increased on 0,46 heads (or on 5,2%); litter weight at weaning period increased on 4,47 kg (or on 6,4%) and made it possible to obtain additional USD 6,96 per one sow at farrowing and also additional USD 3,15 at the weaning period of piglets.
