In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were provided data describing efficiency of combined application of associative nitrogen-fixing bacteria of Agrobacterium sp. 17 strain and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi for pre-sowing inoculation of spring triticale (Triticosecale) seeds of Lana cultivar in the field conditions. Research results proved that the pre-sowing seed inoculation of triticale seeds by associative nitrogen-fixing bacteria of Agrobacterium sp. 17 strain and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi made it possible to increase the content of available for crops nutritive elements (nitrogen and phosphorous) and as a result improved the nutritive regime of crops that led to increasing of triticale yields of green and dry mass in all variants of the experimemt. It was found that the proposed technology of cultivating triticale promoted the increasing yield structure indexes (spikelet quantity; quantity and weight of chief spikelet; quathousand kernel weight) 10% average grain harvest increase without application of mineral fertilizers and made it possible to obtain ecologically safe agricultural products.
