The results of inspections of stone fruit plantations in Minsk and Brest regions of the Republic of Belarus for detection of Sharka (Plum Pox Virus) (PPV) are described in the article. The study was realized by an example of 47samples of rootstocks and varieties of plum (Prunus L.), sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.), cherry plum (Prunus divaricata). The immunological testing of samples with symptoms of Sharka virus (PPV) was accomplished. Testing showed the presence of following viruses: PPV, prunus necrotic ring spot virus (PNRSV) and apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV). It was established that mixed infection of viruses involved occurred: PPV and PNRSV; PPV and ACLSV; PPV, ACLSV and PNRSV. Research results showed that 38% of tested samples of clone rootstocks of plum had PPV. PNRSV was marked in 32% of tested plants and positive results for presence of ACLSV were stated in 8,5% of cases.
