In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in course of the research there were considered methodical questions of the analysis of various chemical class herbicide micro-quantities in plants, soil and water with the use of gas-liquid and thin-layer chromatography. Heightened interest to herbicide residues and methods of their control was caused by a number of the reasons. On the one hand, volumes of herbicide application make 50-60% from total of pesticides applied in Belarus. On the other hand, application of herbicides is interfaced to danger phytotoxic aftereffects in a crop rotation that is especially characteristic for s-triazine herbicides, sulfonylureas. As a result of realized research it was revealed for the herbicides derivative sulfonylureas, and also lontrel the probability of accumulation of residual quantities in a crop of agricultural crops was high enough. The work analysis in analytical chemistry of herbicides made it possible to allocate the basic laws of definition of micro quantities of preparations which can be used in practice of environmental object pollution level control by the herbicide residues, and also by working out of methods of the of pesticide micro quantity analysis in the objects.
