In the scientific article the short comparative analysis of theoretical approaches of foreign and national scientists to formation of investments function and its role as the tool of research of economic processes within the limits of agroindustrial clasters is carried out in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The technique of an efficiency estimation of investments into fixed capital of the industrial and agrarian enterprises at a mesoeconomic level is offered. New tendencies of resources usage within the limits of different level of concentration of agroindustrial manufacture are revealed. Novelty of the methodical approach of resources efficiency estimation of economic resources usage for the enterprises of region within the limits of traditional methodology of econometrical analysis is in procedure application of allocation of economic clasters on the basis of criterion of scale of agroindustrial manufacture. In the article there was given a graphic analysis of economic clasters in regional economics of Belarus, as well as there was presented a choice of a form of correlation dependence. There were presented parameters and characteristics of economic models of clasters.
