In course of the research there was studied the indicators of ruminal digestion and digestibility of nutrients by bull-calves of a black-motley breed at various correlation of degradable and by-pass proteins. The physiological experiment was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in the Scientific and Practical Center of Animal Breeding of the National Academy of Sciences. The young cattle of a black-motley breed in the age of 5 month was the research object. The ration for young cattle consisted of cereal haylage, corn (Zea mays) silo, prepared in farm mix fodder. The main components of mix fodder were barley (Hordeum vulgare), wheat (Triticum aestivum), triticale (Triticosecale). As a result of realized research it was revealed that for bull-calves at the age of 5 months to optimum parity of degradable protein: non-degradable protein in a diet corresponded a size 68:32%, promoting activization of microbiological processes in a hem that lead to increase in concentration of volatile fatty acids at 16.5%, decrease рН on 8.7%, decrease in quantity of ammonia on 20.5% that made it possible to increase of nutrient digestibility on 2%.
