In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of field experiments on the effect of boron and zinc fertilizers on yielding capacity of oil flax (Linum usitatissimum) on loamy soil with different levels of pH(sub KCI). In course of the study it was marked that in case of oil sowing on soil with 6,4-6,5 pH(sub KCI) the extension of plant calcium chlorosis disease at the phase of 5-10 cm height exceeded 90%. Application of boron in dose 1,0 kg/ha active substance and zinc in dose of 6.0 kg/ha active substance made it possible to lower the prevalence of the disease up to 21%, but it did not eliminate the negative effect of calcium excessive amount in soil solution. Research results showed that in case of flax sowing on soil with 5,3-5,6 pH(sub KCI) it was possible to obtain yields of 14,0 centner/ha, that provided a profit of USD 139,8 and profitability of 33%. The growing of oil flax on soil with 6,4-6,5 pH(sub KCI) even when making high doses of micronutrients (boron 1,0 + zinc 6.0 kg/ha active substance) was not profitable.
