In course of the research there was studied the efficiency of use of feed supplements on a base of rape (Brassica napus), lupine (Lupinus) and vitamin and mineral premix in diets of replacement heifers of 1-16 month age. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research it was revealed that inclusion in diets of replacement heifers (age of 1-6 months) the protein-vitamin-mineral supplements with local protein and mineral raw materials provided daily average gains at level of 912 g and made it possible to lower the mixed forage cost price on 13-14%, and the cost price of 1 c of gain - on 12%. Feeding of heifers (age of 6-12 months) by the protein-vitamin-mineral supplements, containing rape, lupin and mineral-vitamin supplements on a basis of halite, phosphogypsum, phosphate, sapropel and premix in number of 20% on weight as a part of mixed forages in exchange of sunflower oil cakes, on a background of a winter diet with a corn silo - 42-46%, mixed forage - 49-51%, treacle - 5-7% on nutritiousness at a parity of digestible protein to non-digestible protein 62:38 did not render negative influence on consumption of forages, morphological and biochemical blood structure and made it possible to obtain daily average gains of animals 900 g at expenses of forages on 1 centner of gain 6.0 c of fodder units. Feeding of heifers (age of 12-16 months) by the protein-vitamin-mineral supplements with inclusion of local protein and mineral raw materials in number of 25% on weight as a part of mixed forage on a background of winter diets with haylage - 57-58%, mixed fodder - 36-37% and treacle - 5-7% gave the chance to obtain daily average gain 821 g at expenses of forages 7.0 centner of fodder units. The protein-vitamin-mineral supplements with use of local proteins and mineral raw materials made it possible to lower the mixed forage cost price on 12-15%, and the cost price of 1 c of gain - on 12-13%. The forage supplements containing new sources of protein, energy, mineral and biologically active substances, made it possible to prepare mixed forages for replacement heifers (age of 1-16 months) which were similar by their forage and nutritional value to standard mixed forages KR-1, KR-2 and KR-3, but by their cost they were on 12-14% lower.
