In course of the research there was studied the influence of the treatment of spring wheat (Triticum aestivum) with plant growth regulators Epin and Ecosil on production processes, yield, quality, and the content and output of nutrients of spring wheat. The study was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The main research was conducted on the pilot plot 'Tushkovo' of the Belarusian Agricultural Academy in 2007–2008 on sod-podzolic light loamy soil, moderately cultivated, light loamy, with slightly acidic reaction (рН КСl 5.6–5.8), low humus content (1.37–1.74%), increase content of mobile phosphorous (188–245 mg/kg of soil) and potassium (218–240 mg/kg of soil). Epin is a preparation on a basis of epibrassinolide which concerns recently open class of natural phytohormones - brassinosteroids. It is a bioregulator of growth and development of plants, antistressful adaptogen which increases stability of plants to adverse factors of environment (weather conditions, diseases, toxic chemicals, etc.). Distinctive feature of brassinosteroids is action on growth and development of plants in very small concentration. It is made in Belarus. Ecosil is a natural complex of oxylisine acids, an extract of needles of Siberian fir (Abies sibirica). The chemical formula: С30Н46-48О4. Ecosil - the growth regulator and immunomodulator with fungicide activity. On the average for 2007-2008 on the background N70P60K90 + N30 application of Ecosil increased productivity of grain of spring wheat on 2.9 c/ha, and on the background N70P60K90 - on 2.3 c/ha. Processing of crops of spring wheat with Epin increased in comparison with the background N70P60K90 of the content of crude protein in grain by 1%, and its output - on 0.3 c/ha. Application of Ekosil on the background N70P60K90 and the background N70P60K90 + N30 promoted increase of the general carry-over of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and especially nitrogen, but thus essentially did not influence specific carry-over of these nutrients.
