In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of analysis of interrelation between land evaluation and indicators of agricultural production efficiency in organizations of the Republic. The existing technique and method of determination of quality of agricultural lands is considered. Influence of agricultural climatic conditions on industrial indicators of the agrarian organizations is investigated. Comparison of various climatic zones and districts under industrial characteristics of the enterprises is spent. For perfection of farmlands estimation with a view of development of agrarian sector necessity of more exact account of influence of environmental conditions is proved. In course of the study there were calculated coefficients of pair correlation between the degree of arable land fertility and economic indexes in statistical samplings of agricultural organizations of different regions of Belarus. There were presented calculated parameters of a model of influence of quantity of grade-hectares and climatic conditions on the formation of costs of gross products.
