In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus with the purpose of the competitive ability formation there was realized the formation of business portfolio of the national Municipal Industrial Unitary Enterprise 'Minskhlebprom' on the basis of analysis of its activities and Boston consulting group' matrix. There was showed a technique of carrying out of the analysis of business portfolio, and revealed the basic commodity groups of Minskhlebprom according to rates of the market growth and a relative share in the market. Recommendations on perfection of released production structure were offered.
