In course of the research there was examined the protein formula with detection of balanced protein biotypes, which can be used for the new method of selection on the basis of synergism. As a result of realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus research there was discovered the mechanism of intra-population polymorphism. It was found that the specter of proteins proves individuality of variety biotype with detection of different structure of variety. Varieties of winter wheat wheat (Triticum aestivum) on electrophoretic gliadin spectrum had 25.9-34.0% of heterozygotes that was connected with form-building process of possible cross pollination and maintenance of a constant structural hybridity on the basis of mutual translocations. Interaction of biotypes at variety N89 (Avangardnaya) of winter wheat with display of synergism, which increase indicators was revealed: number of cones - on 3.55-7.0%; weight of grain - to 17.2%; weight of 1000 grains - to 17.1%; number of grains - on 0.5-6.4%. The material about introgressions was also discussed. The varieties were recommended to use in selection on adaptability increase. Development of this direction would be promoted by methods of the genetic analysis on protein markers.
