Chino. 优化嗜酸乳杆菌对永生化山羊子宫内膜上皮细胞体外黏附的条件。通过革兰氏染色法,研究山羊子宫内膜上皮细胞的生长状态,嗜酸乳杆菌菌液浓度、菌体生长状态和pH值以及孵育时间对菌体黏附性能的影响。当山羊子宫内膜上皮细胞培养48 h,嗜酸乳杆菌菌液浓度为1.0×109 mL-1,pH值为4.0,孵育时间120 min,嗜酸乳杆菌培养24 h时,嗜酸乳杆菌对山羊子宫内膜上皮细胞的黏附性最好。永生化山羊子宫内膜上皮细胞作为细菌黏附性能研究的体外模型是有效可行的。
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. The study was done to optimize in vitro condition for Lactobacillus acidophilus adhesion on goat endometrial epithelial cells (EEC). Effect of goat endometrial epithelial cells growth phase, bacteria concentration, pH value, incubation time and bacteria growth phase on adhesion was observed through gram’s staining. When the endometrial epithelial cells were cultured for 48 h, L. acidophilus concentration was 1.0×109 mL-1, pH value 4.0, incubation time 2 h, L. acidophilus growth phase 24 h, L. acidophilus adhesion on goat endometrial epithelial the best. The immortalized goat endometrial epithelial cells can be taken as a new in vitro model for studying the adherence properties of bacteria. Optimization of condition for L. acidophilus adhesion on goat endometrial epithelial obtained in our study will benefit further research mechanism and provide experiment basis for in vitro adherence of L. acidophilus to endometrial epithelial.
