Inglés. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of different drugs on blood physiological and biochemical indiees in Liaoning Cashmere goats. Twelve healthy four-year old female Liaoning Cashmere goats were divided into four groups randomly.The first one was the normal control group, the second and third groups were subcutaneously implanted by melatonin (60mg/each),and the third and fourth groups were administered with cyclophosphamide (26mgkg-1 ) by muscle injection. Blood samples were collected at three time points: 0d, 30d and 50d after administration, and blood physiological and biochemical indices were determined. According to the blood biochemical indicator, the leukocyte number of group and got lower and had significant difference(p0.05), the average level of hemoglobin was reduced in every group but the differences were not significant between them.Compared to the 50 day and 0 day, the total cholesterol of serum seemed to decrease in the control group and the group , decreased 21% and 45% separately, but the group and group seem to increase, about 10%, 47% each. The level of triglyceride and total serum protein was decreased in the test groups, but the level of calcium and phosphor was increased.Results showed that leukocyte number and erythrocyte number increased after subcutaneous administration of melatonin,cyclophosphamide increased the leukocyte number, but other indices of routine blood had no regularly change when the two kinds of medication playeda part alone or at the same time. Melatonin, melatonin combining with cyclophosphamide could increase the level of total cholesterol, calcium and phosphorus in serum. Melatonin, cyclophosphamide, melatonin combining with cyclophosphamide could reduce the level of triglyceride and total protein in serum.
